    Wireless Network [70]

A wireless network allows devices to stay connected to the network without any wires needed to amplify WI-FI signals, so any devices that need to be connected can be far from your router and yet connected to the network. The traditional wired networks were faster and more secure, but due to the continual enhancement of technology, wireless network technology such as the Wi-Fi 6 networking standard has eroded speed.

    Advantages of Wireless network

*Accessibility: It is accessible to all network resources from different locations within your wireless network's capacity or coverage area or from any Wi-Fi hotspot.

*Social mobility: No need to tie to your desk, as you are with a wired connection. All users such as employees can go online in conference room meetings without getting attached to the router.

*Efficiency: Wireless access to the Internet and to your company's key applications and resources helps your staff get the job done and encourages collaboration.

*Easy setup: Due to wireless network, it will lessen the time of installation can be quick and cost effective and it helps to have spacious space.

*Expandability: It can acquire a lot of devices without getting involved in any wire-like cables and other needed to a wired network.

*Security: It helps to robust your security because there are also some CCTV can be connected through WI-FI.

*Reduced cost: Wireless networks help to eliminate or reduce wiring expenses, they can cost less to operate than wired networks.

How to deploy a Wireless Network

    1. Centralized Deployment

-This is the most common type of wireless network system; this is traditionally used in places that have many users. Such as campuses where buildings are close, it can be upgraded more easily and facilitate advanced wireless functionality.

    2. Converged Deployment

-This applies to small campuses or offices and offers consistency in both wireless and wired connections. It can perform the dual role of the switch and another wireless controller.

    3.Cloud-Based Deployment

-This is essential and helpful to manage network devices in different areas.

    Different types of wireless network

a.Municipal wireless network (MWN)- MWN is a wireless that is limited to the local government authority controls. It only gives access to a particular user throughout the given geography.

b.Wireless local area network (WLAN)- A WLAN is used as a wireless access point that enables connectivity with an endpoint device. It also has multiple WI-FI standards specifications and is considered the latest generation for wireless internet.

c.Wireless Metropolitan area network (WMAN)- It helps you to have access outside the office and home networks. It has a larger than a wireless local area, but smaller than a wireless wide area network.

d.Wireless personal area network (WPAN)- WPAN has a shorter-range wireless technology than the others. One example of this is Bluetooth which connects with devices such as headphones, mice, etc. With this, you can send files through phone to another phone.

e.Wireless wide area network (WWAN)- This network classifies as mobile broadband and includes 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, and 5G. To allow wireless communications.

We have different wireless connections that can be done this time; due to continual technological development, we won't need to be stuck in one place just to be connected through the internet. With the help of a wireless network, all our activities can be more effective and efficient and increase our productivity now and then.
